They could get 5 stars for customer service alone. Whether you contact them by phone (I've left a message on the weekend ) an email, by Facebook messenger, or even by the Google chat... feature they have always returned my message in a short period of time. I had COVID and had to push my appointment ment back significantly and they made the process very easy. Two weeks after my first appointment tho Ortho herself called me to assure I was comfortable. To me that's going above and beyond. Even now after my tightening they're asking me about my comfort and keeping me updated where we are in my treatment plan and things I can do to make the process easiest for me. On top of that they make it easy to afford with or without insurance, with the various specials they run. This is not the only Ortho I've seen, but it is the only Ortho I'll recommend.read more

He... suffered a traumatic dental injury two weeks ago. Dr. Mullally answered my call at 7:45 on a Sunday morning. Both her and Dr. Olson met us at their office after we were released from the ER that night. They have been absolutely amazing in helping us through this. I can’t speak enough about how awesome the staff and Dr Nicole are! From the beginning to the end of my daughters dental treatment they have been available, attentive and extremely caring.... Studio 32 came highly recommended by our dentist- Kids Only Dental. My oldest daughter was "not quite ready" for a full set of braces but Dr. Mullally listened to her concerns about her... teeth and suggested a mini course of orthodontics then take a break until her teeth fully fell out and then pick up where we left off for the remainder of her treatment. It was so wonderful that she offered this alternative instead of pulling baby teeth that were not ready or telling a teenager that is late at losing teeth that she had to continue to wait. Studio 32 was amazing! I had two children recently get braces through them. The facilities are modern and clean which is always nice. I think the most important thing was how they are... always able to get to us quickly. The fact that they are so efficient at getting to us is very helpful since my kids are at different schools all over the county and we don't have time to sit in an office. My children loved the games and prizes through the online system. The staff was amazing, helpful, thorough and friendly. Dr. Mullally is incredibly friendly and we love how her practice reaches out to be a positive impact on the community around her. I may consider braces just to keep visiting. I started my process on May 11,2017 at the ripe age of 33! Exactly 17 months later I am having them removed. This has actually been a wonderful process.
